💜 We want you to love your jewelry. Eligible jewelry items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as they’re unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible. Haven Bottles are final sale and non-returnable.
Returns are simple — submit a request through your account, and once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
