If an eligible item experiences a covered issue under normal, intended use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion in accordance with the terms below.

• Lid, handle, or structural issues under normal use
• Eligible finish defects not caused by misuse or impact

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not extend to:
• Loss, theft, or misplaced items
• Final sale merchandise
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, crushing, or impact
• Misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
• Exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, or extreme conditions
• Natural wear beyond finish integrity
• Routine maintenance such as polishing sterling silver
This warranty applies specifically to craftsmanship and eligible structural or finish integrity concerns under normal, intended use.

Filing A Claim

Submitting a claim is simple:

• Provide your order number and purchase date
• Upload clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue
• Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement in accordance with this policy.

Return shipping for inspection, when required, is the customer’s responsibility. Once approved, replacement items will be shipped back at no additional cost.
