Welcome to BlingHaven™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing from or accessing our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you (“customer,” “you”) and The BEX Group LLC, d/b/a BlingHaven™ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our Site.

  • By using our Site, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • By submitting payment, you authorize us (and Shopify, our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

  • Orders are not final until payment has cleared.

3. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Some items are sold as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order. These items require additional processing time, noted on product pages.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided, but may vary due to supply chain or production delays.

  • By purchasing a Pre-Order, you agree to the stated processing time.

4. Shipping

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Pre-Order Items: Typically processed within 10–14 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days once shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging.

  • Final Sale: personalized items, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable.

  • A flat return shipping fee of $7.95 applies and will be deducted from your credit.

  • Refunds are not issued to original payment methods.

6. Warranty

  • All BlingHaven™ jewelry comes with a 2-Year Tarnish-Free Warranty.

  • Members of our Furnace Fam™ Exclusive program enjoy a Lifetime Warranty with unlimited replacements.

  • Warranty claims result in replacements only — no refunds.

  • Exclusions: final sale items, sterling silver (naturally tarnishes), lost or stolen jewelry, misuse or modifications.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logos, product designs, and text on this Site are the property of The BEX Group LLC.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The BEX Group LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including lost profits, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
