BOTTLES — FINAL SALE (Non-Returnable)
All Haven Luxe™, Haven Classic™, and Brew Keeper™ pieces are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Defects & Replacements
If your Haven arrives with an issue, we will replace it if:
- It arrives damaged
- It has a verified manufacturing defect
- You receive an incorrect item
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
For product defects or issues, please refer to The Haven Standard.
What’s Not Covered
The following are not considered defects:
- Drops, dents, or impact damage
- Scratches or exterior wear (including rhinestones)
- Damage from improper care
- Normal wear over time
