At BlingHaven™, every piece is crafted with faith, fire, and intention. While we hope you love your jewelry, we understand that sometimes an exchange is needed. Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility
🔄You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit only.
🔄Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
🔄Final Sale: We do not accept returns on final sale items, personalized items, or gift cards.
🔄Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🔄Return Fee: A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your store credit.

Processing
🔄Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in new condition.
🔄Processing Time: Store credits will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
🔄Refund Method: All returns are issued as store credit only.

Requesting A Return
🔄Log in to your account and request the return.
🔄In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.
🔄Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included.
🔄Return to the store and enter the six digit code.
🔄Select the order that includes the item(s) you want to return.
🔄Choose a return reason and add a note for our team.
🔄Click Submit Request.
🔄Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a shipping label and return instructions.
🔄Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the return receipt, item(s), and any accessories.
🔄Drop off your package at the specified return location.
