BOTTLES — FINAL SALE (Non-Returnable)
All Haven Luxe™, Haven Classic™, and Brew Keeper™ bottles are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Once a bottle has left our care, it cannot be resold as a luxury item.
We will gladly replace your bottle if:
- It arrives damaged
- It has a verified manufacturing defect
- You receive an incorrect color or style
Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
JEWELRY — EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Because our jewelry is made-to-order and crafted with care, returns are limited. That said, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and have outlined the options below.
Eligible for Exchange (No Refund)
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect color or variation
- Buyer’s remorse exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Eligible for Return (Refund)
- Jewelry that arrives damaged or defective
- Incorrect item sent
