Because each order is made with care, purpose, and craftsmanship, our return policies are designed to honor both the integrity of our products and the experience of our customers. We take great pride in delivering pieces made especially for you.
BOTTLES — FINAL SALE (Non-Returnable)
All Haven Luxe, Haven Classic, and Brew Keeper bottles are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Once a bottle has left our hands, it can no longer be resold as a luxury item.
We will replace your bottle if:
• It arrives damaged
• It has a manufacturing defect
• You receive the wrong color or style
Replacements must be requested within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
JEWELRY — EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Because our jewelry is made-to-order and crafted with care, returns are limited. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Eligible for Exchange (Not Refund):
• Wrong size
• Wrong color / variation
• Buyer’s remorse exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Eligible for Return (Refund):
• Jewelry that arrives damaged or defective
• Incorrect item sent
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and require photos of the issue.
