~ Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

~ Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Process

~ Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in new condition.
~ Processing Time: Store credits will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
~ Refund Method: Store credit.

Return Request

~ Simply log in to your account and request the return.
~ In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and click "Continue".
~ In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
~ Go back to the online store, and enter a six-digit verification code.
~ Click the order that includes the item(s) that you're requesting to return.
~ Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
~ Click "Submit request". Once we approve the return you'll receive an email with a shipping label and return instructions.
~ Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return receipt, item(s) and any accessories.
~ Drop off your return package at the specified location.
