Return Policy

~ You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

~ Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

~ Final Sale: We do not accept returns on final sale items, personalized items, or gift cards.

~ Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

~ Fee: Flat rate shipping fee of $7.95.

~ Simply log in to your account and request the return.

~ In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and click "Continue".

~ In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

~ Go back to the online store, and enter a six-digit verification code.

~ Click the order that includes the item(s) that you're requesting to return.

~ Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

~ Click "Submit request". Once we approve the return you'll receive an email with a shipping label and return instructions.

~ Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return receipt, item(s) and any accessories.

~ Drop off your return package at the specified location.
