- You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Final Sale: We do not accept returns on final sale items, personalized items, or gift cards.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Fee: Flat rate shipping fee of $7.95.
Return Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in new condition.
- Processing Time: Store credits will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refund Method: Store credit.
Return Request
- Simply log in to your account and request the return.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that includes the item(s) that you're requesting to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request". Once we approve the return you'll receive an email with a shipping label and return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return receipt, item(s) and any accessories.
- Drop off your return package at the specified location.
