Filing A Claim

⚫Using the link below file a claim using your order number and date of purchase.
⚫Provide clear photographs of the jewelry, and a short description of the issue.
⚫Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
⚫If the claim is approved, we will arrange for replacement, or cleaning as applicable.
⚫If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending back the damaged item (if required).
⚫Return the item, any shipping costs associated with returning the item for guarantee services are the responsibility of the customer.
⚫Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement piece at no cost.
