Terms & Conditions

Effective January 1, 2025

Welcome to the BlingHaven™ Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are a binding agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you”) and The BEX Group LLC, d/b/a BlingHaven™ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

1. Enrollment

• 
  Affiliates must apply through the official program portal.
  
• 
  We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
  

2. Commission & Payments

• 
  Standard commission is 20% per qualifying sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
• 
  Commissions are calculated on the final order subtotal (after discounts, before taxes and shipping).
  
• 
  Payments are issued monthly via PayPal/Zelle with a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD.
  
• 
  Returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for commission.
  
• 
  Store credit, gift cards, or personal purchases do not generate commission.
  

3. Tracking & Attribution

• 
  Sales are tracked via your unique affiliate link and/or discount code.
  
• 
  Last-click attribution is used unless otherwise specified.
  
• 
  It is your responsibility to ensure you are using the correct link/code in promotions.
  

4. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• 
  Use only approved BlingHaven™ brand content (photos, videos, graphics, captions provided in the Affiliate Kit).
  
• 
  Clearly disclose affiliate status in compliance with FTC Guidelines (#ad, #affiliate, or similar).
  
• 
  Represent the brand with professionalism and respect.
  

Affiliates may NOT:

• 
  Create unauthorized discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.
  
• 
  Run paid ads targeting BlingHaven™ brand terms, trademarks, or URLs.
  
• 
  Engage in spam, false advertising, or content that is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal.
  
• 
  Misrepresent products or make unapproved claims.
  

5. Intellectual Property

• 
  Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use BlingHaven™ trademarks and content for promotion.
  
• 
  Logos, product images, and brand assets may not be altered without prior written approval.
  
• 
  All intellectual property remains the sole property of The BEX Group LLC.
  

6. Termination

• 
  Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
  
• 
  We reserve the right to immediately revoke affiliate status if these Terms are violated.
  
• 
  Upon termination, unpaid but valid commissions will be paid in the next payout cycle.
  

7. Liability & Independent Contractor Status

• 
  Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of BlingHaven™.
  
• 
  Affiliates are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
  
• 
  We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from participation in the program.
  

8. Changes to the Program

• 
  We may update commission rates, rules, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  
• 
  Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or the affiliate portal.
  
• 
  Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
